AVOCADO
OPAL Originated in Uvalde, Texas. The medium size pear-shaped fruit is very rich tasting. The skin is green in color. This is a Mexican variety.
WILMA Originated near Pearsall, Texas. The fruit is large and has a good flavor. The skin is black in color. This also is a Mexican variety.

(Thornless)
Consistently high yields of large, great tasting berries, no disease problems observed. Fruits are very large, elongated and glossy black in color. It only takes 3-4 berries to make an ounce. Makes great jams, jellies, juice mixes or just eating fresh off the bush. Erect to semi-erect variety but will benefit from trellising. Some extra support will be especially appreciated in early to mid June when it's abundant yield of berries begin to ripen. Grows well in all areas of USDA zones 4-9.

Ouachita is a very productive variety that has a sweet, medium sized berry and reliable yeilds. Ouachita is ristant to double blossom / rosette, a fungal disease that can devastate thorny varieties.

RED SILK POMEGRANATE Medium to large size fruit with a brilliant red exterior. Large firm yet edible seeds have a sweet berry flavor. Semi-dwarf tree has a slightly-spreading growth habit and sets large crops. excellent source of antioxidants. 200 Chill hours required and is self-fruitful.
AMBROSIA POMEGRANATE Fantastically huge fruits. Pale pink skin, purple sweet-tart juice. 150 chill hours required and is self-fruitful.
SWEET POMEGRANATE Sweet fruit - small glossy-leafed ornamental tree with showy orange-red blossoms in late spring. Very suitable to espalier and container growing. Harvest late summer. Un-split fruit stores in cool dry place for two months or more. Very low Chill requirement - about 100 hours. Self-fruitful
EVERSWEET Very sweet, virtually seedless fruit.  Even immature fruits are sweet.  Red skin, clear (non-staining) juice.  Harvest late summer through fall.  8 - 10 ft arching shrub, or train as tree.  Large, showy, orange-red flowers. 150 Chill hours.  Self-fruitful (only need one)
PINK SATIN Medium to large size pomegranate, medium pink to dark red fruit with light-pink edible seeds.  Refreshing light colored juice (non-staining).  Plant is vigorous and can be grown as a shrub, tree or kept any height by summer pruning.  150 - 200 Chill Hours, Self fruitful.
KIWI FRUIT
ISSAI-HARDY
A unique Hardy Kiwi variety from Japan, Issai bears heavy crops of large sweet and delicious fruit.  Issai can be grown on a fence or wall.  Issai is vigorous and requires strong support to hold up the plants and the abundant fruit.  This variety often begins bearing the year after planting and is ready to harvest in mid to late September.  Issai is smooth skinned (you eat the whole fruit) no need to peel.

DORSET GOLDEN Outstanding sweet apple for warm winter areas. Firm, very flavorful, sweet like Golden Delicious. Productive, good early season apple. 100 Chill Hours. Self Fruitful.
OLIVE TREE
ARBEQUINA This is the major olive tree grown in California and Catalonia in Northeast Spain. It is a relatively small tree with small fruit. The oil is considered very high quality. In our area these are evergreen trees. The tree is self fruitful.
